Chalet Ku Ku Riak is a high-quality newly built development, which will be furnished with great care and style, combining the indigenous alpine characteristics of a ski chalet with sophistication, comfort, and high-tech modern conveniences.
All facilities in the development will be furnished to create an atmosphere of luxurious cosiness and calm. The main feature of the lobby will be a rustic open fire place, burning real logs. Keeping with the spirit of the natural surroundings, the pool area will be made out of local wood and stone, equipped with a `Bose` surround sound system, playing relaxing music. There will be an open air hot tub in the viewing tower at the top of the Chalet, providing the ultimate chill-out zone, with massage beds, and stunning 360° uninterrupted panoramic view of three mountain ranges (Rila, Pirin, and Rodopi).
All apartments come fitted with designer bathrooms, lighting, independent central heating system with radiators, and the option to install a real log burning fireplace. We offer two furniture packs - traditional and elegant. The traditional furniture package is in Swiss alpine style, with a predominantly wooden look, creating an ambient atmosphere of a winter retreat. The elegant furniture package offers a more modern, sophisticated and stylish look. Wood effect parquet flooring is fitted to the bedrooms, entry areas, living areas and kitchens, whilst the bathrooms, are tiled. Most of the apartments are south-facing and the large balconies offer magnificent views towards the Pirin Mountain and the ski slopes. As an optional extra one can also purchase the IT package which will include a high speed WiFi network, the latest plasma TVs, and a `Bose` surround sound system, at extremely competitive prices.
